Drinks were just okay to me, but my husband enjoyed his cocktails and we both thought the food was AMAZING! We especially loved the Vegas hot chicken wrap!
We were most excited and enjoyed it immensely!ĭiane was our cocktail server for the day and Louis was assisting. We ended up with a cabana with a private soak pool. Sesen immediately apologized for the wait and she was very welcoming, sweet and had a sunny ☀️ and bright attitude.Sesen offered us an upgraded cabana due to the other side of the pool being closed. We had not stepped foot in the Palms in about 7-8 years, the renovations were beautiful!īack to the cabana… we arrived and waited a few minutes before Sesen checked us in.I am a firm believer in the frontline is the face of your organization and it can make or break an experience with first impressions.
